Whenever lists of people that have had plastic surgery appear on TV or on the Internet, they’re almost always populated with movie stars and starlets, singers, dancers, newscasters, and other kinds of entertainers. There’s always been at least one glaring example. The evidence of John Kerry plastic surgery is so plain on his face that people put him next to Dolly Parton and other people who have gone a little too far when changing their appearance.
John Kerry Appears To Have Voted for Plastic Surgery More Than Once
If you’re a socialite or actress that has too much Botox, people might make fun of you, or you might miss out on a role in a movie, but it’s an entirely different thing when you’re a former US Senator and the current Secretary of State. People in politics can be as obsessed with their appearance as anyone, but many people find it unnerving to see a senior member of the federal government with the obvious signs of cosmetic procedures that would seem more appropriate for an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills than on Capitol Hill.
Has John Kerry Had Plastic Surgery?
There’s almost no question that his plastic surgery is more than a rumor. His face has undergone so many changes over the years that it would be difficult for a person that did not know who he was to match up a picture of him from just twenty years ago with a more recent photo. In a way, it’s a shame that his surgery rumors are diminishing how seriously people take him. While he was never conventionally handsome, he always had a patrician face, and along with his baritone voice, it gave him a kind of gravity that suits public servants well. Now every major newspaper in the country has noticed the change in his appearance and commented on it. None of those comments have been kind.
Did John Kerry have plastic surgery? John Kerry, cosmetic surgery reports, go all the way back to the 1970s when he reported that he had an operation to correct a malocclusion of his jaw, which many at the time said was simply to make him look more handsome. He has always been in the public eye since the sixties, so when he ran for president in 2004, his instantly smooth face with no wrinkles immediately drew questions from the mainstream press about whether he’d gotten a facelift or at least Botox treatments. Later in 2012, Kerry showed up at a White House party with two black eyes, which is often a side effect of cosmetic procedures, and that started another round of his plastic surgery speculation.
If the surgery that John Kerry has obviously had on his face had been more successful, it probably wouldn’t have caused quite as large a stir in the press. The drastic change in his appearance, along with the lopsided look of his eyes and the enormous change in his jawline have brought him a great deal of criticism for undergoing what many people consider silly treatments for his appearance. Of course, many of those criticisms come from TV newscasters who have been to the plastic surgeon more than once, so perhaps it doesn’t bother him as much as it might.
